In this role you'll be the operational backbone of our Formula 1 team, ensuring every test, race, and filming day runs smoothly, from team movements to garage builds, from freight to FIA compliance. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliOwn the full event lifecycle: planning, execution and coordination of race weekends, test sessions, and Filming Days. /liliLiaise with circuits and stakeholders for bookings, garage setup, hospitality, and driver support. /liliEnsure compliance with FIA regulations and internal timetables (including curfews). /liliLead on-site coordination of all logistics and personnel operations, resolving any issues related to freight, transportation, or team welfare, supervising dry ice supply, garage flooring, and Treehouse build/dismantling. /liliManage all freight movements (air and sea), including documentation, customs and shipments. /liliOverseeing garage, office, and hospitality construction at the track, ensuring all team facilities are operational prior to event start. /liliManage internal seating plans and equipment delivery schedules in collaboration with Engineering and Travel teams. /liliSupervising all on-site vehicle logistics e.g. team buses, internal movements, chauffeur services. /liliDistribute and manage driver race gear, pit crew kit and leadership apparel. /liliHandle all team accreditations, declarations and pass distributions at track. /liliOrganise meals where hospitality is not provided, especially during night shifts and back-to-backs. /liliSupport team personnel in case of incidents, emergencies or urgent travel changes. /liliTrack and manage OPEX/CAPEX budgets for race operations. /liliCoordinate Health Safety documentation and represent the Team in F1’s Energy Transition working groups. /liliLead sustainability reporting for team emissions and event footprint. /liliBuild and maintain productive relationships with FIA, FOM, circuits, partners, and suppliers. /liliLiaise with internal departments (Travel, Marketing, HR, Technical, Communications) to ensure coordinated operations. /liliSubmit garage signage and branding plans to F1 pre-event. /liliProvide post-race reports and feedback to F1 where required. /liliReport operational challenges on a race-by-race basis and escalate issues for resolution. /liliWork in a young, collaborative, and international environment. /liliParticipate in tailored training, company events, and briefings. /liliUtilize on-site gym facilities. /liliBenefit from bonus schemes, annual salary reviews, meal tickets, and free health insurance. /li /ulh3Qualifications and Skills /h3ulliPreferred academic background. /liliPrevious experience in logistics or operations, ideally within Motorsport or high-performance environments. /liliFluency in English and Italian; a third language is a plus. /liliValid driving license; forklift certification highly preferred. /liliProficiency in MS Office and digital tools used in operational planning. /liliComfortable with physical workload and hands-on tasks. /liliAvailable to travel up to 50% of the time, including weekends and extended overseas stays. /liliStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage pressure, deadlines, and shifting priorities. /liliA flexible, can-do attitude and willingness to adapt to changing plans. /liliNatural leadership and mentoring capabilities. /liliProactive mindset: you take initiative, spot gaps, and propose solutions before they become problems. /liliCollaborative spirit: you thrive working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners. /li /ulh3Join the Team /h3pGot what it takes?
