Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager responsible for overseeing store operations and leading the team to achieve business performance goals. Works collaboratively with management to build a high‑performing team, meet operational budgets, and develop proactive business strategies.
What You’ll Do
* Inspire, lead, and coach the store team to foster a culture of accountability and high performance.
* Support recruitment, training, and development to build a team of dedicated brand ambassadors.
* Lead by example on the sales floor, driving results and holding the team accountable.
* Analyze performance reports and implement action plans to exceed expectations.
* Manage the client database proactively to enhance customer engagement and increase sales.
* Collaborate on local customer events to generate additional revenue and ensure consistent client communication using all available tools.
* Maintain inventory integrity through scheduled audits and bi‑annual inventories.
* Utilize company communication platforms effectively and take appropriate action on updates.
What You Need to Have
* Proven retail and management experience in a fast‑paced environment.
* Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
* Proficiency in leveraging technology to enhance sales and customer experience.
* Ability to perform under pressure and adapt to a dynamic retail setting.
* Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and follow‑up skills with attention to detail.
* Familiarity with retail KPIs and Microsoft Office.
* Fluency in English and effective communication skills.

Compensation
32,000.00 – 80,000.00 EUR.
