As a Senior CX/UX Designer, you will take on a more influential role in driving the design process. You will work on complex user flows, high-fidelity prototypes, and lead user research initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.
Responsibilities
* Lead the design of user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes for complex projects.
* Plan and conduct comprehensive user research studies and usability tests.
* Synthesize research findings into actionable design recommendations.
* Develop and uphold design systems and ensure consistency across products.
* Mentor junior team members and provide constructive feedback on their work.
* Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align design goals with business objectives.
* Drive the iterative design process based on user feedback and usability testing.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest UX design trends and technologies.
* Present and defend design decisions based on user research and best practices.
* Ensure all design work adheres to accessibility standards and guidelines.

* Wireframing: Advanced skills in creating detailed and user-centered wireframes and user flows.
* User Research: Proficiency in planning, conducting, and analyzing comprehensive user research studies.
