/p h3Your Challenge /h3 ul liAssisting in coordinating project activities, resources, timelines, and deliverables /li liFacilitating communication between project managers, teams, suppliers, and stakeholders /li liAssisting with logistic and expediting processes /li liMaintaining and updating project documentation (plans, reports, meeting minutes, trackers) /li liPreparing reports for senior PMs or management regarding project status and performance /li liEnsuring documentation adheres to PMO rules, methodologies, processes, templates, and standards /li liSupporting monitoring project expenditures and budget alignment /li liMaintaining SharePoint sites, trackers, reporting dashboards, and PMO tools /li liSupporting procurement processes and vendor/resource management /li liSupporting with warranty claims for defective components /li /ul h3Required entry qualifications /h3 ul liYou have less than 30 years of age, in accordance with the Italian apprenticeship contract /li liYou gained experience as a PMO inter or a similar role /li liYou are a fresh graduate in Management Engineering or similar /li liYou have excellent command of Italian language as well as English /li liAspiration to develop a PMO path and growth /li liGenuine interest for digitalization /li liVery good knowledge of Office 365 and availability of internal tools /li liKnowledge of SAP will be a plus /li liAbility to work in team and think about everything from the customer perspective /li liYou are a role model for openness and inclusiveness as a non-negotiable cultural element /li liOpenness to a temporary relocation in Italy or abroad /li liEuropean Work Permit /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liFlexibility: trustful environment with an inclusive and flexible way of working driven by results; hybrid and remote working enabled by innovative tools and devices, personal computer and smartphone; Wi-Fi connection reimbursement.
