Managing following Metiers:Train ValidationSub-system ValidationLaboratoryDeploying the standard processes and related methodologies and tools in order to ensure Validation efficiency,Ensuring Validation awareness at site levelDeveloping continuous improvement approaches for Validation organization, test referential and trainingManaging Validation staff and Validation means at site level:In line with Validation Central consolidated means, optimizing site Validation means utilization & organizationAvailability of Validation team skills & meansImplementing and ensuring application of EHS rulesBeing the owner of the Validation ProcessesProviding tender Validation deliverables including schedule and quotationSupporting TVE to meet projects Validation QCD commitmentsAssuring the adequacy and consistency of the projects Validation deliverables
Responsible for :
Allocating resources (staff, tools, ...) to execute Validation work-packagesDefining the yearly Training objectivesNetworking with their peers of other sites to share workload or competencies, under the control of the Central Validation DirectorValidating and compiling the investment requests from the Validation teamManaging their Metier by using regularly updated KPIs to continuously improve the performance of their MetierChairing regular reviews with the Validation team on Metier topics (people, process, standardization, architecture, technology)Leading Return on Experience reviews with the Validation team to submit process improvements to Central Validation Métiers or to define some changes in their organisationRegularly updating the Validation costing models with inputs from the Validation team to take into account the improvements continuously provided for each Domain of the Generic Validation PlanManaging and sharing the Return on Experience of their activities with Central Validation MétiersProposing improvements on their domain process and tools defined by Central Validation MétiersValidate and submit the investment requests (CAPEX)A pply and report the Metier's KPIs
