Mission: As a Renewable Energy Lawyer, you support the project managers in studying the legal feasibility of the different projects and their legal security with the owners You will report to International Legal and Purchasing Manager, your main missions will be: - Define the appropriate legal agreements for securing land plots and ensure their bankability. - Draft and negotiate lease and land acquisition contracts - Will advise internal departments on land matters, particularly on urban planning law, real estate law and environmental law - Identify and seek external advice on specific security points and/or for carrying out contact audits - prepare and negotiate various commercial agreements related to prospecting and obtaining control of land - Monitor the legislation on renewable energies in Italy, and help the Italian team and other departments within the group to comply and adapt legal and business practices with said regulations in Italy - You will work and collaborate with the teams located in Montpellier (France) in the performance of their missions and the company (project development director and legal director).
