IDV boasts an independent internal structure entirely dedicated to research and development, with full access to the company's extensive engineering resources We are looking for a motivated and results‐oriented Buyer to join our Customer Service (CS) team. The role will focus on strengthening purchasing activities and managing spare parts in a dynamic and fast‐paced environment. Role Description The intern will support the team in administrative and compliance activities related to Law 185/90, specific to the business area concerned. The intern will collaborate in the administrative management related to monitoring the company's financial flows in compliance with the aforementioned regulation. Key Responsibilities * Management of the process of analyzing incoming payments and verifying the related ministerial authorizations * Verification of the content of administrative and accounting documents related to received payments * Preparation of declarations pursuant to Article 27 to be issued to banks regarding the nature of the supplies * Support in collecting, preparing, and verifying the documentation required for the application of Law 185/90 * General administrative activities in support of the Compliance/Regulatory team Requirements * Student or recent graduate in Economics or related fields * Basic knowledge of accounting and financial statements, with an interest in corporate administration, international trade regulations, and compliance topics * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Good IT skills (Microsoft Office package, especially Excel) * Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks
