Ph3Responsibilities /h3 ul liThe Supervisor is responsible for the achievement of daily production program ensuring the respects of Safety, Quality, Costs and Environment standards. /li liLead your team to meet daily production targets in line with Safety, Quality, Cost, and Environmental goals. /li liEnsure compliance with Health Safety policies, conduct risk assessments, and support audit activities. /li liManage team presence, resource allocation, training, and overall workforce engagement. /li liPromote a positive and inclusive work environment and support skill development for Team Leaders and Team Members. /li liEnsure adherence to standardized work, manage defects, and drive corrective actions. /li liMonitor performance indicators, analyze losses, and implement continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., OPE, JIT). /li liOversee machinery performance and support Autonomous and Preventive Maintenance activities. /li liCoordinate product and process changes, ensuring proper documentation and operator training. /li liLead or contribute to problem‑solving initiatives and support Stellantis Production System (SIS) methodologies. /li /ul h3Profile /h3 ul liKnowledge of foundry process, and in particular gravity die casting, will be considered a preferred qualification; /li liDegree in Engineering; /li liPrevious experience as production supervisor in complex industrial context (6-10 years); /li liPrevious experience as a supervisor in foundry plants will be considered a preferred qualification; /li liEnglish knowledge (minimum B2 level); /li liKnowledge of excel, powerpoint; /li liA proactive and motivated leader with strong problem‑solving skills; /li liEffective communicator with the ability to coach and engage teams; /li liCommitted to continuous improvement; /li liComfortable working in fast‑paced and complex industrial environments. /li /ul pAt Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit and business needs.
