The Project Post Order Coordinator manage andmonitor all the Post Order activities (expediting, inspection and logistics)for the assigned project/s, to ensure the achievement of the defined results interms of schedule, quality and budget. He/She directly reports to the responsible of the Post OrderManagement and to the Project Procurement Manager, once assigned to a Project.
Key Activities and Responsibilities :
1. responsible for the integrated management of the Post Order-relatedactivities (i.e. expediting, inspection and logistics) for the assignedproject/projects, ensuring the compliance with contractual requirements interms of time, costs and quality, following Project ProcurementManager/Director instructions;
2. responsible for planning and monitoring post orderactivities on the project, in close coordination with the Project ProcurementManager;
3. POC is involved also in the Pre-Order activitiesproviding his knowledge of the Contractual requirements and participating inthe final negotiation with SUPPLIERs for discussion / clarifications on the ITPstandard and Vendor Document List;
4. main interface with the Inspection & ExpeditingDepartment for the follow-up of the supplies and with the Logistic Departmentfor the material shipment at Site;
5. submit and discuss with the Final Client the outcome of the expeditingand inspection reports issued for the supplies.
Personal Attributes :
6. degree in engineering disciplines;
7. work experience: at least 5 yearsgained in engineering companies in a similar role;
8. fluency in English;
9. availability to travel for short and long period.
