Contracts Management – Core Responsibility /b /p ul liDrafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of contracts, primarily in English and also in Italian, including: ul liGrant Agreement /li liLetter of Intent /li liMemorandum of Understanding /li liNon‑Disclosure Agreement /li liPartnership Agreement /li liBrand Licensing Agreement /li liSupply Service Agreement /li /ul /li liPreparing post‑agreement documentation where needed (letters, addendum, amendments, etc.) /li liConducting case‑by‑case legal analysis of project needs, with a particular focus on initiatives in Venice, and preparing the related documentation /li liCoordinating internal stakeholders, at Group Head Office level, throughout all stages of the contracting process /li /ul pb2. Governance of Foundation Bodies /b /p ul liSupporting the management and preparation of documentation for the Foundation’s governing Bodies, including: ul liBoard of Directors /li liSurveillance Body ex D.lgs 231/2001 /li liSupervisory Board /li /ul /li liSupporting the preparation of materials for Assicurazioni Generali S.p.A. Board meetings involving THSN /li liAligning with Group relevant functions and adapting governance documentation, as needed /li liCoordinating and cascading of resolutions adopted by the Foundation’s governing bodies, ensuring proper implementation and follow‑up /li /ul pb3. Surveillance Body under Legislative Decree 231/2001 /b /p ul liSupporting the coordination of THSN Surveillance Body activities /li liAssisting in monitoring THSN operations with respect to Model 231/2001 /li liActing as focal point for matters related to Legislative Decree 231/2001 /li liPerforming first‑level compliance checks and due diligence screening using dedicated tools /li liEvaluating results with a case‑by‑case approach and escalating complex or sensitive findings /li liSupporting Group Legal Entities in performing local due diligence activities /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 pOur ideal candidate will meet the following requirements: /p ul liBachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Law.
