You’ll help us improve, inject innovation and create new ways of working. /p pWe are currently looking for a bField Go‑To‑Market Leader – Travel Retail /b to join our Travel Retail Business Unit within the Commercial Department. /p h3Your Purpose /h3 pAs a bField Go‑To‑Market (GTM) Leader – Travel Retail /b you will act as a strategic partner to the Travel Retail Business Unit Manager (BUM), contributing to long‑term strategic planning as well as day‑to‑day operational excellence. You will co‑lead the development and execution of channel plans, coordinate internal teams, and manage commercial relationships with key stakeholders. You will serve as a true copilot in terms of business performance, enabling agile responses to market dynamics, and ensuring alignment across the entire organization. /p h3Your Day-to-Day /h3 ul liCollaborate closely with Operation, Commercial Planning, Marketing and other cross‑functional teams to develop commercial initiatives and activation mechanics to support and accelerate growth. /li liConsolidate and coordinate the end‑to‑end planning process, ensuring alignment between Area Leaders, stakeholder agreements, business objectives and market conditions. /li liManage and grow priority key accounts, achieving sales targets while identifying and converting new business opportunities into high‑potential areas. /li liEngage key commercial partners through structured engagement activities, fostering strong relationships and building long‑term advocacy for the Business Unit. /li liLead the allocation of budgets and commercial agreements ensuring optimal performance. /li liConduct in‑depth performance and financial analyses in case of deviations, identify root causes and support the definition and execution of corrective action plans. /li liMonitor key KPIs and provide regular updates to the management team. /li liCollaborate with Field GTM Managers of other Commercial Business Units to maintain a strong feedback loop between regions and central teams. /li liLead assigned strategic projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment. /li liAct as a key point of reference for internal stakeholders, representing the BUM and the Business Unit in cross‑functional forums. /li /ul h3Who We’re Looking For /h3 ul liDegree in Economics, Management, Business Administration or related fields. /li liAt least 4 years of experience in business planning, commercial analysis, sales operations, or cross‑functional project roles; experience in project management is a strong plus. /li liStrong negotiation, planning, organizational and end‑to‑end operational management skills. /li liHigh proficiency in data analysis and KPI interpretation. /li liProven experience managing internal and external stakeholders, including Travel Retail Channels (airport, highway and other travel environments). /li liAbility to prepare structured reports, presentations and executive summaries for leadership teams. /li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong influencing abilities and indirect leadership capabilities. /li liStrong problem‑solving mindset, solid decision‑making skills and a continuous improvement approach. /li liHigh level of accuracy, attention to detail and a structured way of working. /li liFluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken. /li liKnowledge of modern technologies and AI‑based tools. /li liPrevious experience in stakeholder management. /li liAvailability to travel throughout the country is strictly required. /li /ul pLocation: Flexible location within Italy, with nationwide travel required. /p pContract: Permanent. /p h3What We Offer /h3 pOur success depends on the people who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
