PItalian Airline Announces 2025 Board of Directors and CEO Appointments /ppVerona, Italy – Air Dolomiti, an airline of the Lufthansa Group, announces a new appointment to its Board of Directors. /ppStefan Kreuzpaintner, former member of the Board of Directors of Air Dolomiti, has been appointed non-executive Chairman of the Board of the company. The position was previously held by Joerg Eberhart. /ppKreuzpaintner is a long-standing executive at Lufthansa Group, with a career that began in 2003. He is currently Senior Vice President Commercial Customer Offer responsible for network management, pricing revenue management, alliances, and partnerships for all passenger airlines of the Lufthansa Group. /ppSteffen Harbarth, who has been leading the carrier since 2022, has been confirmed as a member of the Board of Directors and CEO of Air Dolomiti. /ppAir Dolomiti closed 2024 with over 3.7 million passengers transported.
