A protagonist in major global strategic programs, it is a technological and industrial partner for Governments, Defense Administrations, Institutions, and businesses.Within the "Legal Affairs" Area, we are looking for a **Legal Specialist** for our Rome office.**Activities**:The person will provide strategic legal support to the industrial and commercial activities of the Electronics Division, with particular reference to complex programs related to electronic systems for defense, advanced sensors, radars, command and control systems, and solutions for Air Traffic Management.The role supports corporate functions in the negotiation and management of complex contracts, in the structuring of industrial partnerships, and in the management of legal risks related to international programs, strategic supply chains, and technological collaborations.Requirements:**Educational Qualifications**: Law Degree.Professional qualification as a lawyer is preferred.**Seniority**: SeniorProfessional experience of at least 5 years in international commercial law, preferably in the aerospace and defense sectors, technology industry, complex programs.Solid experience in negotiating and managing complex commercial and technological contracts in international contexts.**Technical skills and knowledge*** Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial contracts, including supply contracts, development and production contracts, framework agreements, logistic support and maintenance contracts, contracts within government programs;
* Legal support for tender activities and commercial offers within national and international programs;
* Consulting on allocation of contractual risks, limitations of liability, penalties for delays, warranty regimes, termination mechanisms;
* Legal support for the negotiation of industrial joint ventures, industrial cooperation agreements, strategic partnerships with international operators in the defense and technology sector;
* Drafting and negotiating Memoranda of Understanding (MoU), technological collaboration agreements, industrial participation and offset agreements;
* Support for technical and business functions in intellectual property rights management;
* Support for procurement functions in negotiating agreements with strategic suppliers and technological partners;
* Definition of contractual structures related to obsolescence management, long-term system supportability, spare parts pricing policies, management of contractual escalations, management of contractual disputes with suppliers.**Behavioral competencies*** Analytical skills;
