Responsibilities of the Process Engineer - vacuum technology: Support the industrialization of new or modified processes ideally experienced with Vacuum processes, collaborating with R&D, Production, and Quality Control Conduct technical feasibility studies and manage trials to define standard machine parameters Analyze waste and non-conformities, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions Scout for new technical solutions, supporting the implementation and validation of new equipment Collaborate with Safety, Production, QC, and Maintenance teams to improve processes Requirements for the Process Engineer - vacuum technology: University degree in a scientific or technical field Experience in Vacuum Process Engineering Knowledge of safety regulations in manufacturing environments Understanding of high vacuum technology, metal evaporation, and deposition processes Familiarity with machine automation and lean manufacturing principles Fluent in English This is an exciting opportunity for a process engineer - vacuum technology looking to make an impact in a cutting-edge production environment.
