PTrillium Pumps Italy is looking for a strongProject Planner /strong /ppbr/ppAs part of a Planning Teamstrong, /strongthe Project Planner is responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and delivery timelines. /ppOn-time delivery is the main metric. /ppThis role requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to coordinate crossfunctional teams to support project execution and performance tracking, from Order-entry phase through Engineering to Execution activities. /ppbr/ppstrongResponsibilities /strong /ppIncluding but not limited to: /ppbr/pp• Develop the Initial Project Schedule aligned with scope and budget. /ppTranslate the scope and customer requirements into a realistic, structured project plan. /ppDefine key milestones: design release, customer approvals, procurement start, FAT, etc. /ppUse inputs from engineering and project managers to identify dependencies and durations. /ppbr/pp• Support Engineering Breakdown, structured and visible. /ppWork closely with engineering leads to break down the design scope into manageable tasks /ppsequenced logically with assigned realistic durations /ppbr/pp• Coordinate Cross-Functional Alignment to set clear expectations from day one. /ppAlign the schedule with procurement, manufacturing, and quality from the start. /ppFacilitate early kick-off meetings to bring all teams onto the same timeline. /ppbr/pp• Milestone and Gate Planning for progress checks and decision-making. /ppIdentify and formalize engineering gates. /ppSupport the PM in integrating these into broader project milestones (FAT, shipment, etc.). /ppbr/pp• Baseline and Track Early Progress /ppCreate the initial project baseline to track deviations. /ppStart monitoring progress from engineering kickoff — not just production. /ppbr/pp• Drive Follow-Up and Accountability /ppSupport project managers by ensuring weekly or biweekly follow-ups on engineering progress. /ppKeep tasks updated, flag overdue items, and escalate early. /ppbr/pp• Support Change Control, plan remains a living, accurate tool — not a static document. /ppHelp track changes to scope or schedule during the engineering phase. /ppEnsure changes are reflected in the schedule and assessed for impact on downstream tasks. /ppbr/ppstrongQualifications /strong /ppEducational background in technical school or a bachelor’s degree. In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Planning, Supply Chain, or Project Management is required.
