Overview We are looking for a Finance & Controlling Senior Manager to join the Team in Milan.
Your Impact The Finance & Controlling Senior Manager is responsible for strengthening profitability and planning accuracy through structured budgeting and forecasting, effective margin control, and continuous optimization of financial systems and reporting processes.
Activities
Oversee financial controlling and FP&A activities
Coordinate and orchestrate the monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing process
Support P&L closing and financial reporting with variance analysis and performance insights
Manage and improve budgeting and forecasting processes at group level
Monitor and control cost and gross margin performance
Supervise inventory valuation processes and stock accounting methodologies
Ensure proper financial data integration across ERP and reporting systems
Collaborate with IT and finance teams on system optimization and data quality
Prepare consolidated financial reports and support group consolidation activities
Standardize reporting processes and improve financial workflows across the group
Who We Are Looking For
10 years of experience in a similar role in a manufacturing environment with exposure to private equity–backed structures
Advanced proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, or SAP
Fluency in both Italian and English
