What does the role involve?: As E4 Social Media Program Expert you will: - Take ownership of developing and implementing social media programs (Live, UGC, Thought Leadership, etc.) to match global blueprints with regional priorities and managing assigned budget for best performance; - Coordinate social media programs roll-out across Southeast Europe (E4 region) defining which programs to launch and coordinate their execution at regional level according to the agreed roadmap and budget - Dedicate a specific focus to the deployment of video strategy (e.g. Live, YouTube, TikTok, short videos for other digital platforms), identifying possible synergies at E4 level - Perform self-creation of needed assets in Italian/English language with a smart approach to optimize production time and costs, boosting programs and video strategy execution at E4 level, being actively part of this video when needed with the role of presenter - Coordinate regularly with social media specialist at HUB and MO level - Set KPIs, track and analyze performance, regularly transfer feedback to local and global teams on blueprint implementation and improvements required - Enabling the communication with stakeholders on social media topics and successes, with the Regional and Global counterparts We are proud of a development process where frequent conversations and open feedback meetings support our employees in exploring their strengths and taking ownership of their careers.
