About the job
As a Print & Multimedia Designer at Tether, you will craft visually compelling assets for print production for events, campaigns, and multimedia content. Working closely with marketing, business development, and external production companies, you will ensure accurate, brand-aligned design content that supports event and campaign success.
Key Responsibilities
* Create high-quality print materials and event graphics supporting Tether’s global initiatives, ensuring visual consistency and collaboration with production partners.
* Design and refine visual content for landing pages, social media banners, campaign imagery, and videos across platforms.
* Develop and implement innovative design concepts for Tether’s units, focusing on fintech and communication tech.
* Customize content for each communication channel to enhance engagement and traffic.
* Share ideas and insights with the team to contribute to marketing campaign success.
Job Requirements
* Minimum 3 years proven experience as a Graphic Designer, focusing on print and multimedia for events.
* Expertise in creating print materials with attention to detail and quality.
* Proficiency with AI graphic tools like Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Pika Labs.
* Strong portfolio showcasing event and multimedia projects.
* Extensive knowledge of social media platforms and content strategies.
* Fluent English; Spanish/Italian is a bonus.
* Advanced skills in Figma and Adobe Suite (After Effects a plus).
* Strong understanding of branding and adherence to guidelines.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about innovation.
* Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
