Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end payroll processing for our organization.
Ensure accurate and timely payroll disbursements.
Stay current with tax laws, labor regulations, and compliance requirements.
Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies.
Collaborate with HR to update employee information and resolve payroll-related issues.
Prepare and analyze payroll reports for management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of payroll processing experience.
Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
Strong knowledge of federal and state payroll laws.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
