As a participant, you'll work on innovative projects within Italy's fashion retail leading company, OVS Group, with a wide portfolio of brands (OVS, OVS Kids, UPIM, CROFF, Blukids, Stefanel, Piombo, Les Copains, Shaka, Goldenpoint).

Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams to develop strategies and solutions.
* Lead or contribute to a high-impact project in areas such as:
o Digital innovation & Technology
o Brand strategy
o Sustainability & Quality
o Buying & Merchandising
o Supply Chain & Sourcing strategy
o Finance
* Present your findings and recommendations to key stakeholders within the company at the end of the internship.
What We're Looking For
* Enrolled in an MBA program with a focus on fashion, strategy, marketing, retail, supply chain, or finance.
* Demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Effective communicators with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
* Fluent in English (knowledge of Italian or interest in learning it could be recommended).
* Adaptable and enthusiastic about embracing new cultural and professional environments.
