In our global community of people from 100+ countries, we listen to each other, actively contribute, and grow together. /ppJoin us in our exciting quest to build the future home. /ppbAll about the role: /b /ppWithin the company Global RD site, your key objectives will be enhance product functionality by designing modular control algorithms and support virtual laboratory development by designing simulation models and automatic software testing for our Fabric Dish Care products (Washing Machines, Dryers, Washer-Dryers and Dishwashers). /ppIn detail, you will: /pulliTranslate project or product needs into control algorithm requirements. /liliDevelop and test control algorithms and innovative functionalities. /liliUse the Model Based Design approach to develop the control algorithms and automatically generated the code to be integrated in the FW. /liliDevelop system models (digital twin). /liliPerform data analysis and data processing. /liliContribute to the definition of virtual and/or physical test plans for the algorithm development and its robustness evaluation. /liliRelease the technical documentation describing algorithms functionalities and the standard procedures for the algorithm calibration operations. /liliAct as a technical reference for the development/testing/implementation of the assigned activity. /liliCollaborate with other teams and colleagues across the Company in order to achieve the project targets. /li /ulpbWho you are: /b /pulliMaster’s degree in Electric/Electronic/Mechatronic/Automation Engineering or Physics or Mathematics or similar technical fields /liliJust graduated or 1-2 years of relevant experience. /liliKnowledge of MatLab/Simulink and good programming skills. /liliGood knowledge in signal processing and statistics. /liliGood understanding of dynamics systems and modelling. /liliAbility in data analysis and understanding of Machine Learning techniques. /liliKnowledge of Control theory is seen as a plus. /liliKnowledge of Python is seen as a plus /liliFluent English. /li /ulpbWhere you’ll be: /b /ppYou will be based in Porcia, located in the metropolitan area of Pordenone (Northeast Italy), where the main Electrolux RD centre is located.
