This role is critical in ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees and the broader community impacted by our environmental footprint. As a recognized subject matter expert, you will lead initiatives, manage complex projects, and mentor junior professionals in the field. /p h3How you'll make an impact /h3 pDevelop and implement policies and practices to identify and mitigate hazardous conditions in the workplace and surrounding environments. /p pInvestigate workplace accidents and environmental incidents, collaborating with engineers, management, and regulatory authorities to determine root causes and prevent recurrence. /p pProvide expert advice and training on safety protocols and best practices. /p pConduct audits to ensure compliance with organizational and governmental health, safety, and environmental standards. /p pMaintain strong relationships with community members, environmental groups, and other stakeholders affected by the organization’s environmental performance. /p pManage large-scale projects or processes with minimal oversight. /p pCoach, review, and delegate tasks to junior professionals. /p pSolve complex and challenging problems with innovative and effective solutions. /p h3Your background /h3 pDegree in Environmental Engineering or Electrical Engineer or a related field. /p pProven experience in environmental and employee health safety roles, ideally in a complex or regulated industry. /p pStrong knowledge of relevant regulations and standards. /p pExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills. /p pDemonstrated ability to lead projects and mentor others. /p pFluent English and Italian languages. /p h3More about us /h3 pWe offer you the opportunity to work with fantastic people and develop yourself on projects that present great technical challenges and have a real impact.
