You have a deep understanding of what content resonates across the Social Media landscape; few things make you happier than a well-crafted caption. You obsessively keep up with the latest digital trends, and you probably dabbled with AR or introduced your friends to the world of TikTok challenges. You stay curious, humble, and open-minded, and have experience crafting emotional stories that people connect with. You have a ruthlessly high bar for Creative output, and you're able to seamlessly switch between 'doing it yourself' and 'sprinkling magic dust' on agency work. You're comfortable using data to test and refine your output, as well as prove impact.This role can be based in Milan, Paris, or Munich, offering the opportunity to work with our cross-European team.Key job responsibilitiesDevelopment and implementation of channel and growth strategies for Prime Video's Social presence in Italy, France and GermanyDevelopment and implementation of standout Social campaigns for local as well as global / international launches and distinct Editorial content across Prime Video's Italian, French and German market's Social handles that drive follower growth, engagement and watch timeDrive highest-bar measurement and analytics of Social campaigns and Editorial across Social platforms including cadenced reportingIdentification of and tapping into topical trending content, making Prime Video part of the conversation, understanding of what content resonates across the Social Media landscapeClose partnership with internal (e.g. Marketing, PR, Content Teams) and external stakeholders (e.g. agencies, production companies, talent) including collaboration with Social platform to identify new opportunities and ensure the business is adopting the latest product features and best practicesManagement of Social campaign and always-on content budgetA reasonable volume of business trips will be required (e.g. for Social productions, team meetings, summits)BASIC QUALIFICATIONSProfessional experience in Creative and / or EditorialSuccess generating Earned Media for recognised brandsAnalytical skills (it's not an analyst role, but we expect you to be able to look at metrics to know what's working and what's not).Ability to fluently communicate in French or Italian or German and English (oral and written)PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSSignificant experience in delivering integrated and social-first campaignsGreat experience in managing creative / social agenciesComfortable engaging with external partners like Production Companies, Talent, and InfluencersPaid Social expertise
