With online, offline, and hybrid courses, corporate programs and work and events spaces we offer an unparalleled vision to combine work life and learning. /ppFounded in Italy in 2011, Talent Garden has trained over 25,000 professionals in digital skills and business innovation, developed tailored corporate education programs for Fortune 500 companies, and built a network of 13 campuse s in 4 countries, hosting over 4,500 innovators from startups, corporate labs, investors, and SMEs. /ppThe role /ppWe are on the lookout for a Product Marketing Director to join our Academy Business Unit (B2C /B2B2C ). /ppIn this role, operating at the intersection of market insights, product development, and commercial strategy, your mission will be t o shape and evolve the strategy behind our education offering— bringing to market the right programs, at the right price, with the right positioning to drive both enrollments and revenue growth. /ppResponsibilities /pulliDefine and continuously refine the positioning and value proposition of our program portfolio, ensuring strong differentiation and alignment with learner needs. /liliLead the development of go-to-market strategies and pricing models—including bundling and packaging tactics—to drive enrollment and revenue growth across B2C and B2B2C products. /liliOversee market research, competitor analysis, trend monitoring, and persona development to inform both strategic direction and day-to-day execution. /liliTranslate insights into actionable strategies that guide messaging, product roadmap decisions, and marketing content. /liliWork in close partnership with the Directors of Sales, Product, and Performance Marketing to drive shared goals and ensure seamless coordination. /liliSupervise the creation of sales enablement tools and program collateral that clearly communicate our unique value propositions and support conversion. /liliManage and mentor a 2-person Product Marketing team, fostering ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.br /li /ulpAbout you /ppYou are a strategic and insight-driven marketer who thrives at the intersection of product, market, and growth.
