You will report to the Nuclear Operations Manager and be located at our facility in Monfalcone, Italy. You will have a hybrid working schedule of up to 3 days per week onsite. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliAssure safety, health and regulatory compliance within the group and within the work produced /liliGuide the implementation of clear and reliable manufacturing standards /liliMonitor the shop execution to identify gaps compared to the standards and propose the corrective actions /liliDrive Innovation and identify improvements to existing manufacturing processes prioritizing automation initiatives /liliImplementation and integration of the Global Competency Model into all aspects of managing personnel /liliAssure that the Industrial Engineering team is equipped with appropriate processes and the right tools to understand, monitor and define the manufacturing processes /liliEstablish priorities and align resources to achieve business objectives /liliManage direct reports in their respective responsibilities to achieve yearly goals /liliPropose Investments initiatives to improve manufacturing processes /liliConduct periodic performance reviews with all direct reports /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliMaster Degree in Engineering /lili12+ years of Engineering/Manufacturing experience with 5 years in leadership in mechanical and manufacturing environment /liliExperience in welding, carpentry and machining manufacturing processes /liliLook for opportunities to improve manufacturing processes /liliDrive process decisions /liliUse each team member to their fullest potential /liliMotivate team to work together /liliKeep track of lessons learned and share those lessons with team members /liliExperienced in working with and managing multicultural teams /liliCoach, develop, mentor employees and support succession planning /liliItalian and English (C1 advanced level) /li /ulh3Why Westinghouse? /h3pWe know that to put forth your best effort, you need to be challenged and enjoy what you do in a supportive and respectful environment.
