 
        
        We have an exciting opportunity for someone experienced in Supply and Logistics, team focused and a natural collaborator to join our small but dedicated Supply Chain & Warehouse team in Mangere.Supporting both our Forest & Garden division and Gardena (incorporating Neta) brand division, this role reports to the Warehouse Supervisor.
Utilising your excellent communication and relationship building skills you will be responsible for validating the company’s inventory stock holdings and data accuracy by ensuring relevant data is readily available and distributed to key stakeholders.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage all inventory/stock reporting.
- Undertaking stock takes of all products to ensure inventory accuracy and availability of data for stakeholders.
- Monthly system reconciliation of all offsite 3PL warehouses.
- Monitor inbound freight, ensuring stock is directed to the correct warehouse with all related paperwork in order.
- Manage and complete transport claims with national carriers.
- Oversee receipting procedures and manage and report discrepancies.
- Proactively manage stock availability for articles manufactured by the warehouse.
- Be the point of contact for coding and auditing invoices for warehouse and transport activities.
About you:
- Understand the supply chain process from ordering to delivery.
- High attention to detail ensuring data accuracy.
- Great with numbers, tech savvy, proficient in excel (intermediate level) and confident in learning new systems.
- Strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to think strategically.
- Use initiative and have a proactive attitude to problem solving in a busy workplace.
- Well-developed organisational and time management skills.
- Have an ability to handle multiple projects and be highly adaptable to change.
- Self-motivated and be able to handle challenges in a calm and efficient manner.
- Have or be willing to obtain a forklift license.
- Physically fit and able to sustain heavy lifting on a regular basis and comfortable at heights in forklift cage.
