Your Responsibilities:
* Assist customers face-to-face with Ria’s products, including money transfers and foreign currency exchange.
* Accurately verify and enter customer information into our system.
* Provide courteous support, addressing inquiries about services, transaction cancellations, and Ria locations.
* Identify and resolve customer concerns or escalate issues to the management team when necessary.
* Stay informed about Ria’s products, services, and policies.
* Balance your cash register and prepare deposits for the bank.
* Maintain accurate daily transaction records.
* Perform additional duties as assigned by colleagues and supervisors.
What We’re Looking For:
* Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends.
* Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
* Prior cash-handling experience (preferred).
* Strong customer service and communication skills.
* A valid work permit (mandatory).
