Reporting to the Senior Planning Manager EU, you will work cross-functionally with supply, sales, marketing and purchasing departments for our brands Swisse and Zesty Paws (80 items) on all our distribution channels (GSD, Pharmacy, Pet Stores, E-com…) for Italy’s scope to:
Lead and coordinate the SOP process.
Draw up sales forecasts.
Build the supply plan of our products from our suppliers.We expect you to be disruptive, and optimisation and continuous improvement oriented.Position Responsibilities:
Guarantee the performance and process of the SOP
Lead each step of the monthly SOP cycle
Provide an 18-month rolling forecast
Build medium and long-term supply planning
Monitor and anticipate supply requirements to limit out-of-stock risk and overstock.
Follow up stock coverage to ensure optimum product availability
Operational reporting and use of KPI's to make recommendations
Monitoring new product launches.
Coordinating product switches with marketing and sales.
Analysing, projecting and providing action plans for slow movers and obsolete products.
Product portfolio management
Setting up procedures for the Supply ChainProjects:
You will be involved in the set-up of a new Supply Planning tool. For this major project, you will be supported by your manager (Senior Supply Planning Manager EU).This list is not exhaustive and is subject to evolution in a context of a changing environment.Profile:
With Bachelor (or Master) degree
2-3 years minimum of supply chain experience.
You are at ease in a fast changing and agile context and is capable to operate in an international and multicultural environment.
You have strong leadership skills to engage all stake holders
Result oriented, you have strong analytical skills to identify and act on inefficiencies.
Advanced knowledge in Excel and ability to use an ERP to monitor your activity
