The ideal candidate has 2 to 5 years of professional experience in BIM workflows and demonstrates strong technical competence, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary project teams. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop, manage, and update BIM models across different project phases (concept to construction). /li liEnsure compliance with UNI BIM standards, company protocols, and project-specific requirements. /li liCoordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to maintain model consistency and data accuracy. /li liProduce BIM documentation, clash detection reports, and model-based analyses. /li liSupport the implementation and continuous improvement of BIM processes and digital workflows. /li liAssist in the preparation of BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and model validation procedures. /li /ul h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul liUNI‑compliant BIM Specialist certification (e.g., UNI 11337‑7). /li li2–5 years of experience in BIM modeling and coordination within the AEC industry. /li liProficiency in major BIM authoring tools (e.g., Revit, Archicad, or similar). /li liSolid understanding of CDE platforms and data management principles. /li liStrong ability to work both independently and in a team environment. /li liGood English knowledge /li /ul h3Preferred Skills /h3 ul liPrevious involvement in BIM coordination or digital construction project (as a plus Geotechnical drawings production). /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
