Syngenta Biologicals is looking for a Trainee to join our HR department to support People Administration and HR Information Systems activities.
Role Description
The Trainee will work alongside the HR Admin team in daily activities, gaining experience in HR information systems management and people administration processes.
Key Responsibilities
Support in maintaining and updating the SuccessFactors database for headquarters
Collaborate with the IT department on system improvement projects
Managing the employee timesheet system (Zucchetti)
Assist in monthly timesheet closures for payroll preparation
Prepare reports for various business functions (P&S;, Sustainability, HSE)
Support in generating data analysis (e.g., turnover reports)
Assist in drafting official letters and communications to employees
Support in managing employee enrollment in company health insurance and pension funds
First point of contact for employee inquiries within the Operations function
Provide support on HR administrative matters
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Law, Business Administration, or related fields
Good knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel)
Interest in HR information systems and people administration
Good knowledge of English
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work in a team
