Position Overview: For the new ROMEO Hotel 5*L in Rome, we seek a Night Auditor to join the front‑office team.
Responsibilities

* Greet guests with professionalism and handle check‑in/check‑out in accordance with SOPs.
* Supervise hotel security during night hours, liaising with security staff as needed.
* Perform daily administrative closing: reconcile and verify accounting transactions.
* Update the hotel management system with reservations, invoices, and end‑of‑day reports.
* Assist guests with any requests, providing high‑quality personalized service.
* Monitor and respond to night telephone and e‑mail communications.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow and impeccable guest experience.
* Report any technical or maintenance issues encountered during the shift.
Qualifications
*
* Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in 5‑star or luxury hotels.
* Knowledge of key hotel PMS (e.g., Opera, Protel, Fidelio).
* Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
* Availability to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
* Excellent communication and customer‑orientation skills.
* Precision and reliability in handling administrative and accounting tasks.
