Job Summary
We are looking for a hands-on engineer to boost dealer service capabilities across our telehandler network. You will be the main technical partner for dealers, owning training, troubleshooting, and all dealer-facing technical support.
Location: Central Italy
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver technical training for dealer service teams (telehandler systems, diagnostics, maintenance).
* Provide on-site/remote support to resolve complex technical issues and improve first-time fix rates.
* Implement service process improvements and drive dealer performance KPIs.
* Coordinate equipment upgrades/retrofits and manage dealer technical escalations.
Requirements
* 3+ years of experience in construction machinery service (telehandler experience preferred).
* Strong knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
* Fluent Italian; working English for technical communication.
* Valid driving license, willingness to travel frequently across Central Italy.
