The Graduate Programme – Fasanara Talent Grand Prix
The Graduate Talent Grand Prix is a structured, multi-stage selection process designed to identify the strongest STEM graduates in Italy.
With the opening of our Ferrara office, we are creating a direct bridge between local talent and global opportunities.

This programme is designed to give high-potential graduates direct exposure to a global investment platform through hands‐on experience, real projects, and close collaboration with experienced teams.
Overview of the Role
As part of the Software Engineering stream based in our Ferrara office, you will support the development and enhancement of internal technology systems across the business.
You will:
- Contribute to building and improving business-critical applications
- Write clean, structured code in Python and/or Java
- Support debugging, testing and optimisation of systems
- Collaborate on backend systems and, where relevant, frontend components
- Apply strong algorithmic thinking to real-world technical challenges
You may contribute to projects across areas such as Digital Assets, Credit Technology or Quant Trading, depending on team placement and business needs.
You will gain exposure to enterprise-level systems operating within a financial services environment.
You must have:
- Right to work in Italy (no visa sponsorship)
- Professional working proficiency in English
- Graduated or graduating by September 2026
Academic background:
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or related STEM field
- Other STEM degrees will also be considered
- Master's degree preferred
Skills
- Programming experience in Python and/or JavaStrong understanding of algorithms, data structures and problem solving
- Logical and structured approach to software development
- Interest in enterprise or financial technology environments
- Understanding of financial markets or systems is a plus
- Exposure to frontend or UI development is a plus
- Previous internship or relevant work experience is a plus
