Within the Life & Health Office function, we are looking for a talented and proactive resource to join the team.
The candidate will be working across the board on all the main pillars of the IFM strategy of the Group.
Key responsibilities of the role will include:
overseeing some BUs alongside all the IFM projects in cooperation with the local/regional colleagues
monitoring all the programs where the same BUs are involved and coordinate the ones where Group Head Office (GHO) need to lead
contributing to the set up and/or the implementation of some global programs to be cascaded to all the BUs, in accordance with Group strategic priorities, including the Demographic Hub.
The candidate will be frequently participating in project teams including internal senior stakeholders (from GHO and BUs) and will be directly dealing with market counterparties and advisors or brokers depending on the IFM programs deployment.
In particular, the candidate will be keeping a dense dialogue with the BUs and often partnering with other functions from Group Head Office (mainly Investments, Risk Management and Distribution) while, at the same time, leveraging on the establishment of Group best practices and ensure cross functional support for the implementation of the IFM initiatives on the ground.
Requirements
Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
At least 6-7 years of experience in Life Insurance/Reinsurance Functions in insurance/reinsurance companies, broker or consultancy firms
Actuarial and pricing or valuation background will be considered a plus
Fluent English
