💼 The Role


We are a fast-growing, innovative startup looking for a Full Stack Developer to help us build AI agents. If you’re flexible, energetic, and passionate about programming, this might be the right role for you!

* 🤝 Full-time contract with flexible hours
* 📍 Fully remote (with regular multi-day meetups/retreats every couple of months)


🛠️ Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and maintain the customer dashboard with a strong emphasis on UX/UI
* Optimize front-end performance
* Integrate with backend services and APIs
* Solve AI engineering–related problems


✅ Requirements

Core Tech Stack

* Next.js (App Router & Server Components)
* Node.js (and Express.js)
* React
* TypeScript
* Tailwind CSS
* Postgres


Bonus Skills

* Experience or strong interest in AI / Context Engineering (e.g. OpenAI APIs, building RAG systems, etc.)


Soft Skills

* Flexible and adaptable mindset in a startup environment
* Willingness to learn and experiment with new tech
* Passion for programming
* Self-discipline for remote work, with openness to monthly in-person meetings


Location Requirement

* Must be based in or near Northern Italy (or able to attend periodic in-person meetings)
