The company is committed to sustainable growth and operational excellence, expanding its brand through strategic partnerships and international opportunities in the luxury dining and lifestyle sectors.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in La Maddalena, Italy, for a Segretaria Amministrativa & Office Coordinator. The role includes managing day-to-day administrative tasks, providing executive administrative support, and maintaining organization within the office. Responsibilities also include customer service, coordinating schedules, liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders, and ensuring smooth daily operational and clerical functions.Qualifications

Strong clerical skills, including organization, filing, and document managementExceptional communication skills and ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholdersExperience in company secretarial work and maintaining confidentialityStrong executive administrative assistance capabilities, including scheduling and calendar managementProven customer service skills and the ability to create a professional and welcoming office atmosphereExcellent multitasking and problem-solving abilitiesProficiency in Italian and English (both written and spoken) is highly desirablePrevious experience in hospitality or luxury service industries is advantageousProficiency in office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and scheduling tools
