Key Lead
The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in‑store experience. Acting as the Floor Supervisor, this role provides guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates to maintain effective store operations. The Key Lead drives store performance through customer experience and daily sales achievement.
Responsibilities
* Perform opening and closing routines
* Operate register / point‑of‑sale systems
* Fulfill OMNI Channel orders
* Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales
* Build and maintain visual displays
* Analyze reporting to inform decision making
* Protect store assets and perform inventory control
* Represent the brand and exemplify company culture and values
Schedule & Hours
Availability varies weekly but expects at least 20 hours per week. Must work Saturdays, Sundays and certain holidays. During peak periods, hours increase to support business needs.
Qualifications
* High school diploma or G.E.D. (preferred)
* At least one year of retail experience (preferred)
* No supervisory or managerial experience required
* CEFR B2 fluency in English and Italian, required
* Strong customer focus and exceptional interpersonal skills
* Strong communication skills and knowledge of current fashion trends
* Energetic, outgoing, assertive, initiative, confidence
* Adaptability, flexibility, ability to balance multiple tasks, detail oriented
* Strong work ethic and proactive learning mindset
Compensation
Full‑time starting rate: €29,691.00 annually (range €29,691.00 – €29,691.00). Full‑time equivalent is 40 hours per week. Hours and rate may be modified in the future.
