HR PAYROLL SPECIALIST
Full-time position with salary range 30,000–35,000 euros. Location: Lonigo (VI).
Responsibilities
Support the HR office in the administrative management of employee lifecycle.
Manage hiring, transformation, and termination processes, ensuring compliance with regulations and the Metalworking Union Collective Labour Contract.
Collect and verify monthly variable data (overtime, vacation, leave, expense notes) and interface with the payroll consultancy or central payroll office for payroll production.
Assist in preparing reports on labour cost, absenteeism, and monitoring key HR indicators.
Operatively support the management of corporate welfare plans and complementary pension funds.
Maintain and constantly update employee records within the HR management system.
Requirements
Diploma or degree.
Membership in protected categories (Law 68/99 for civil injury or work).
Previous experience in similar roles at HR offices or professional firms.
Excellent knowledge of Office, especially Excel for data processing.
Knowledge of main payroll and attendance management software (e.g., Zucchetti, SAP or similar).
Precision, confidentiality and ability to meet monthly deadlines.
