Responsibilities About the role: AP Customer Service Specialist entails dealing with customers' inquiries and providing a high quality of internal customer service. While reporting to AP Team leader' in this role you will also support local teams in accounting activities. What are your responsibilities? - High-quality customer service: responding to internal and external client inquiries by email in accordance with established standards (including telephone contact). - Developing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and local business units: building lasting partnerships based on trust and collaboration. - Reconciling supplier statements and accounts: ensuring accuracy of financial data through regular comparison and reconciliation of accounting documentation with suppliers.
