You will coordinate the generation of business opportunities and the elaboration of strategic proposals and the delivery of consulting projects in the sustainability field for private clients, public institutions and international donors, develop project plans, ensure the timely completion of deliverables within the defined scope, deadlines, and budget. This role will provide you with hands‑on experience in obtaining and managing the resources required to achieve project objectives in the most efficient and effective way. Your primary focus will be on projects related to sustainability, climate change, and decarbonization. #LI-MB4 /p h3Key Accountabilities /h3 ul liProject Management in the Sustainability field: ul liCoordinate the elaboration of proposals for private clients, public institutions, and international donors. /li liDevelop project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget. /li liCollaborate with technical experts and business developers to define project objectives and deliverables. /li /ul /li liSustainability Consulting Services: ul liCollaborate with technical experts to understand and incorporate consulting services into project plans. /li liEnsure that consulting services are accurate and align with project requirements. /li /ul /li liCoordination: ul liConstant follow up on project activities and ensure that tasks are completed on time. /li liLiaise with various internal stakeholders. /li liAssist in facilitating communication between different teams and departments. /li /ul /li liBudget Management: ul liSupport the development of project budgets and assist with monitoring expenses. /li liLearn how to control project costs and contribute to reporting on budget variances. /li liAssist in suggesting improvements when budget discrepancies arise. /li /ul /li liRisk Management: ul liObserve and help identify potential risks and issues that may affect project delivery. /li liAssist in developing risk mitigation strategies. /li liHelp track project risks and report on them to senior management. /li /ul /li liQuality Assurance: ul liWork with the project team to ensure that deliverables meet quality standards. /li liLearn how to implement and monitor quality assurance processes. /li liParticipate in project reviews and audits. /li /ul /li liDocumentation: ul liMaintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, progress reports, and project schedules. /li liHelp prepare and review project proposals, contracts, and other relevant documents. /li liEnsure that all project documentation is organized and accessible. /li /ul /li liReporting: ul liGenerate regular project status reports for internal and external stakeholders. /li liProvide updates on project milestones, risks, and issues during team meetings. /li /ul /li /ul h3Education /h3 pMaster’s Degree in Engineering General or Economics /p h3Qualifications /h3 ul liEducation: Master’s Degree is required, we will take into consideration Engineering and Economics background, sustainability background is required /li li5+ years of previous work experience in the sustainability field, developed in a consulting firm or in the sustainability department of a private company or public institution /li liSustainability-Related Knowledge: ul ligood understanding of one or more the following topics: GHG emissions accounting and reduction, climate change, sustainability reporting, LCA, ESG assessments, sustainable finance /li liability to collaborate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, including technical experts, clients, partners. /li /ul /li liSoftware Skills: ul liProficiency with Microsoft Office /li liFamiliarity with project management tools and software is a plus /li /ul /li liLanguage Skills: ul liFluent in Italian and English /li lian upper intermediate level (B2 or higher) in another language (e.g. French, Spanish) is a plus /li /ul /li liDOMAIN BUSINESS ACUMEN - Applying a scientific approach and critical thinking in operations and solution development within area of expertise. /li liINTERPERSONAL INFLUENCE - Skills and strategies we use to interact effectively with others. /li liWORKPLACE DYNAMICS - Resourcefulness in shaping progress and working efficiently. /li liFORESIGHT INSIGHT - Context awareness adopting a systemic perspective and informed decision making. /li liPERSONAL EMPOWERMENT - Ownership for life, work and results, striving to grow professionally and personally. /li /ul pRINA is a multinational company providing a wide range of services in the energy, marine, certification, infrastructure mobility, industry, research development sectors.
