MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES - Helping guests and creating positive experiences - Manage hotel room inventory and checking guests in/out the Moxy way - Manage all bills and payments correctly - Promote and support the Moxy brand & the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program - Supporting other Crew Members and follow direction from Crew Leaders Examples of supporting tasks - Operate Food & Beverage outlets the Moxy way - Prepare food, clean, tidy, restock, take deliveries and organize BOH areas - Follow all food safety, licensing and health and safety policies to work safely KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE / SKILLS - Experience within the service industry - Knowledge of hotel systems such as Opera and/or Micros - Personal experience of travel and travel industry PERSONALITY - Have high energy and a fearless do-it-yourself attitude - Good with people and enjoy chatting with guests - Skilled multitasker who can balance hard work with great service - Clear communicator fluent in English (and other languages a plus!)
