Senior QHSE Consultant – Baveno (Verbania)
Altea365 is looking for a Senior QHSE Consultant for the Baveno (Verbania) office, responsible for QHSE+ services.
Context
The BU QHSE, with a qualified team of professionals, has expanded its intervention and consulting scope, creating the new acronym QHSE+. It is the reference in Quality, Health, Safety, Environment, but also in Privacy/GDPR, Ethics, Sustainability, and integrated Management Systems.
About the Job
You will conduct analysis and study of QHSE processes and integrated Management Systems for Altea Federation client companies, referencing ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 20000-1, 27001, 22301, promoting an integrated approach between quality, safety, environment, IT service management, information security, and business continuity.
Responsibilities
* Analyze and map QHSE processes and integrated Management Systems.
* Conduce internal and external audits, manage non-conformities and improvement plans.
* Define KPIs and performance indicators.
* Interact with multiple stakeholders and complex situations.
* Collaborate with professionals from diverse domains.
Qualifications
* Up to 5 years of documented experience in Quality & HSE in an analogous role.
* Knowledge of integrated Management Systems and ISO regulations.
* Experience in conducting internal and external audits.
* Analytical skills and process mapping abilities, with KPI definition.
* Good knowledge of the English language.
* Ability to work autonomously and in a team, interacting with different business functions.
* Willingness to undertake short business trips.
Benefits

* Annual salary in the range €33,000–€37,000.
