Job Description
Industrial Sales Support Engineer will collaborate with local sales teams, regional managers and customers to drive successful sales conversions. The role includes pre‑sales activities such as product specification review, proposal development, customer training and post‑sales support.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide technical support during quotation and review customer requirements.
* Prepare techno‑commercial proposals tailored to customer needs.
* Conduct product demonstrations and technical training for customers.
* Collaborate with the corporate technical team to devise optimal solutions.
* Work with technical engineers to deliver post‑sales support and ensure satisfaction.
* Continuously update knowledge of power systems and Delta’s product portfolio.
* Coordinate with cross‑functional teams (sales, engineering, technical) to secure business success.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, electronics engineering, telecommunications or a related field.
* Minimum five years of relevant work experience.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Solid understanding of power systems and electrical design.
* Fluency in Italian and English.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and Visio/CAD.
* Business travel of 40‑60% of the time, depending on customer requirements.
