Responsibilities Own and resolve problems and incidents, collaborating with global teams and keeping users informed. Assist with installation, configuration, and administration of hardware, including re-imaging and replacements. Monitor and report issues following the ITIL incident and problem management model, logging in ServiceNow. Identify root causes using analytical tools like NextThink. Provide expertise on NetDocuments, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Teams, and other core technologies. Support videoconference setup and troubleshooting. Collaborate with the NOC team on server and network hardware issues. Manage the office phone system (Teams). Escalate security issues and whitelist new software as needed. Support MFDs (printers, copiers, scanners) and coordinate external reprographics services. Technical Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Desktop support experience with strong communication skills. Knowledge of NetDocuments, iManage, or similar document management systems. Experience supporting iPhones with MDM solutions like InTune. Experience in law firms is preferred. Knowledge of video conferencing systems (Cisco, Neat, Poly). Relevant certifications such as MCSE, MCP, MOS. Degree-level education. Experience with Dell hardware. Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar call logging systems. Support experience with printers and MFDs. Additional Qualifications Proficient in English (minimum B2 level). Clear communication with users, avoiding jargon. Ability to communicate technical information effectively. Skills in analyzing, interpreting, and writing technical documentation. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Flexibility in work hours, occasional travel, and participation in on-call rotations. Contract Details Type: Permanent employment contract.
