Responsibilities
Make an impact Come Field Service Engineer, riporterai al Field Service Manager per l’Italia e avrai un ruolo chiave nel garantire l’affidabilità e le prestazioni dei nostri impianti. Le principali responsabilità includono:
- Eseguire manutenzione preventiva e correttiva sugli impianti, in conformità ai contratti di assistenza e alle procedure interne.
- Far parte del team di pronto intervento, fornendo supporto in loco per guasti critici non risolvibili da remoto.
- Rappresentare Swisslog in modo professionale, mantenendo solide relazioni con i clienti e garantendo un elevato livello di soddisfazione.
- Identificare opportunità di miglioramento e aggiornamento dei sistemi, comunicandole ai referenti appropriati.
- Assicurare che tutte le attività siano svolte nel rispetto delle norme di salute e sicurezza.
Il ruolo prevede attività fisiche, talvolta in quota o in ambienti a temperatura controllata, e richiede flessibilità per lavorare su turnazioni notturni, nei weekend e per trasferte in Italia e all’estero.
Application Requirements
What you need to succeed Il candidato ideale possiede:
- Diversi anni di esperienza come tecnico manutentore, preferibilmente nel settore dell’automazione.
- Solida conoscenza di meccanica, elettronica e sistemi di controllo.
- Capacità di risolvere problemi complessi in modo strutturato e di lavorare con documentazione e reportistica.
- Diploma tecnico o attestato professionale in un settore pertinente.
- Conoscenza elettromeccanica dei veicoli AGV e LGV
- Esperienza in sistemi PLC S7 e PC
- Patente di guida valida
