1. Evaluation of customer requests; coordination of capacity and ground time of all required actions and related costs with production units and customers
2. Handling and control of supplier invoices and customer events
3. Technical and/or process information necessary for production planning and control
4. Preparation, monitoring and follow-up of customer maintenance events
5. Assurance of Part-145 relevant archiving processes for work documents after performing maintenance
6. Collecting data on man-hours,materials and tooling to support the invoicing process
7. Recording maintenance-related expenditures and supporting financial reconciliation
8. Ensuring accurate task handovers between shifts and cooperation with the Maintenance Shift Leader
Skills:
9. Finalized University or College degree in Engineering or Economics is an advantage.
10. Fluent English language knowledge
11. Ability to work under pressure
12. Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach
13. Good communication skills
