HR INTERN - HR Intern – Italy, France & Germany
Join an international HR team where people, data, AI, and business impact come together. This is not a traditional internship—it is an opportunity to work on real projects, contribute to strategic decisions, and gain hands-on exposure across three key European markets.
You will operate at the intersection of innovation and execution, helping shape how HR creates value for the business through analytics, operational excellence, and cross-country collaboration.

* Monthly allowance of €900 + ticket restaurant;

REQUIREMENTS:
* Degree in Management Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or related fields;
* Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
* Excellent command of the English language (to be tested during the interview). Proficiency in another language (French, German) will be considered a plus;
* Strong interest in data analytics, digital tools, and AI applications within Human Resources;
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
* Result-driven and outcome-oriented approach;
* Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in multicultural environments.

What you will do:
- Support HR projects across Italy, France, and Germany, partnering with multiple stakeholders;
- Contribute to the global Data & AI Analytics workstream—turning insights into actions that influence strategy;
- Manage operational HR activities, from project implementation to local HR compliance and legislation support;
- Help simplify processes, improve ways of working, and identify smarter solutions through technology and AI;
- Prepare presentations, dashboards, and reports for senior leaders and decision-makers;
- Work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment where your ideas can create visible impact.
