**_Role: Financial Accountant _**
- N-And Italia S.r.l., a production company of the N-and Group LTD Group, based in England, is looking for a person to fill in the role of Financial Accountant. The task involves the collection and recording of documentation relating to corporate financial flows together with the ability to autonomously manage accounting processes to ensure compliance with corporate procedures and administrative and fiscal-tax obligations. The person we are looking for will work closely and report to the Finance Manager of the N-And Italia; he will also cooperate with different members of the team and this sometimes includes those of the group's subsidiaries, so will have to be "fluent" in the English language._

Gross annual salary: Euro 26,000

**_Main tasks of the role: _**
- Book keeping, management of the datas of ledger, payroll cycles, manage of fixed assets depreciation and provisions, customer and supplier accounting, help in the close the of financial statements monthly (before and after taxes).
- Control and management of administrative and accounting documents, registration of invoices, critical analysis of supplier / customer aging reports.
- Ensure the accuracy of the records on SAP with an aim to prepare correct and truthful financial statement and the compliance of the accounting documents with GAAP.
- Preparation of periodic and annual tax returns, by way of example, but not limited to, VAT settlement, management of withholding agents and professionals, intra-EU and extra-EU transactions, periodic VAT communications, INTRASTAT, etc.
- Preparation of intercompany reconciliations.
- Treasury management and cooperation in the preparation of cash flows.
- Inventory accounting analysis: check consistency of purchases, loads and unloads of raw materials and goods (bill of materials), valorization.
- Implementation of administrative, accounting and fiscal procedures in compliance with the regulations in force at local and national level in compliance with legal obligations for general, analytical (or industrial) and fiscal accounting in compliance with the deadlines for payment of tax charges.
- Drafting of ad hoc financial control reports based on what's given by the Accounting Manager.
- Active participation in the definition of company policies to ensure their compliance and congruity.
- Any other activities relevant and appropriate to administrative duties not listed in this document.
**_Must have: _**
- Degree in Economics (three-year or master's) or other degrees in economics.
- Excellent knowledge of ITA GAAP accounting principles.
- Excellent knowledge of the Office package, in particular Excel advanced level.
- Fluent in English.

- Knowledge of other languages.
