Overview ABB Smart Buildings enables optimization of energy efficiency, safety, security and comfort for buildings through new installations or retrofit solutions. The division provides integrated digital technologies to control HVAC, lighting, shutters, and security, and offers energy distribution solutions for various building types. The SAP TM RISE Solution Functional Analyst will analyze, design, and implement SAP Transportation Management solutions within the RISE framework, working with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and align with business objectives. The role is open globally with a location in Europe and a hybrid work model. Responsibilities Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and understand transportation management needs. Analyze existing transportation processes and identify areas for improvement using SAP TM functionalities. Design and configure SAP TM solutions to meet business requirements and best practices. Work closely with system integrators on the design and development of SAP TM requirements, ensuring ABB needs and best practices are met. Conduct system testing and validation to ensure the integrity and functionality of SAP TM solutions. Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring proficiency in SAP TM tools. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot SAP TM applications. Stay updated with SAP TM enhancements and RISE solutions, recommending upgrades and new functionalities as necessary. Prepare documentation for system configurations, processes, and user manuals. Participate in project planning and execution to ensure timely delivery of SAP TM initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information technology, logistics, or a related field. Strong understanding of SAP TM functionalities and integration with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP SD, MM, eWM, BN4L). Proficient in SAP RISE framework and its application in transportation management. Experience with SAP S/4HANA is preferred. SAP TM certification is a plus. Minimum of 10 years of experience as a SAP TM Functional Analyst or similar role. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders. Experience in conducting user training and support. Familiarity with project management methodologies.
