React / TypeScriptMobile: React NativeInfrastructure: Vercel (AWS legacy environment)Translate product requirements into scalable and maintainable codeCollaborate closely with founders, design, and data teamsContribute to architectural discussions and suggest improvementsIntegrate third-party services (Stripe, Cal.com, lab systems, insurance APIs)Participate in code reviews and maintain high code quality standardsHelp optimize performance, reliability, and developer experienceSupport implementation of AI-powered features within the product (e.g. automation tools, data-driven personalization)You will focus on execution, quality, and iteration speed.
Milan-based (in person ~3 days/week)3–5 years of experience in full-stack developmentStrong experience with TypeScript and ReactSolid backend experience (Node.js environment, PostgreSQL)Experience building and shipping production features end-to-endExperience working with third-party API integrationsPreference for working in fast-paced startup environmentsHigh proficiency in English (Italian strongly preferred)High ownership mindset and strong attention to detail
